"Decisive" trait is still increasing weapon attack speed

The "Decisive" trait use to be called "Weighted" which increased weapon attack speed, but it's effect was changed to ultimate gain.... However, it's still increasing weapon attack speed. I haven't checked the other traits that were changed, but their old effects may still be active too. @ZOS_GinaBruno

I actually preferred Weighted to Decisive and was unhappy with the change, so it would be nice to know if this is intended - and if so, the tooltip should be updated.Just so that everyone knows, my Altmer still can't have black hair. About a dozen of Altmer NPCs in the game have black hair. Just saying.

Aerindel, Altmer stormcaller: After extensive research, I've come to the conclusion that doing the thing would be a waste of resources.
Liliel, Dunmer pyromancer: Aerindel said I shouldn't do the thing. Something about "resources".
Gyda Snowcaller, Nord cryomancer: I will find a way to do it that won't waste resources and make Aerindel proud of me.
Beatrice Leoriane, Breton vampire: I persuaded someone else into doing the thing. You are welcome, dear.
Sahima, Redguard performer: Doing the thing sounds awfully unpleasant and really not my problem.
Ellaria Valerius, Imperial priestess: I'll pray to the Eight for the thing to be done, if it is Their will.1 -

✭✭OK ................. Um sorry but is there anything more to this ? Yes yes this is a exploit and something is broken but well........ it's weighted ..... and the ultimate gain really isn't that good over some other traits or the minor heroism buff......

✭Lol, color me not surprised.I am currently worried for the future of ESO. Population seems like it is in free fall and the cancellation of the North America in-person gathering feels very much like pulling the plug. Kudos on fixing the in-game economy though. Clearly whatever gold shenanigans were happening the last couple years are fixed.0 -
