Now the basic idea is because of kags + transmutation giving me so much regen i should be a High elf to further boost this and i'd be able to go 3x spell damage on jewellery.
Transmutation proc's last for 20s, it procs off, devouring swarm, power lash and drain, i'm not too sure if it proc's on entropy or not but either way it means a 100% upkeep. Which means i'd be at 3300 crit resist cap with minimal cp into the red tree which i can instead put into hardy/elemental defender or healing.
I'd have decent damage via mostly max magicka glyphs as well as buff's spell damage, plus i get an extra 200~ via heavy armour.
Any idea's/though't's/comments? Also what should s+b should i use on my back bar and what trait for the sword maybe extra healing or defending would be best.
