Leaderboards on Consoles

Really sad to see same 30 people in top 200 with different characters, thus 90% of people who don't spend their lives on the game got almost no chance into making the leaderboards rewards.

Play smarter? A good friend held #8 while working full time and taking care of his kid. It's possible.

Leaderboards are for a reason. You dont get rewards if you dont play. The rewards are crap most of the time anyway. Finishing in the top 50 is extremely easy. I think you just have problems gaining ap.

Those are leaderboards after all.
And while I agree about "multiple chars" part, its ZOS' fault that drop rate on good items (with matching traits) is so freaking low that people are forced to do this.
I personally gave up on weeklies. I've put all my available chars on them for a few months (since update that added Twilight/Alcosh/etc) and didnt get a single piece of jewelry or a single weapon that matches its set. Only "Ice staves of Alcosh" etc. And I got a grand total of 1 useful weapon from vMA weekly. It was an infernal staff, and I havent done vMA since then.
Putting all alts on leaderboards is an annoying chore, people dont do that for fun. I would support "1 person can only get one weekly reward" suggestions if not for atrocious loot system in this game.
Also, "I dont spend life on a hobby but I expect the same result as people who put effort in it" attitude is toxic.
