No champion point server glitch?

Don't know if anyone has noticed but stamina recovery doesn't drop when joining no champ point servers, where my magic sorcs recovery does. All my other stats have dropped on both characters but if i put all 100 points into stam recovery i can bring my recovery up even more in non champ server. It seems other players have caught onto this aswell, i 1v1 a stam sorc that had over 2200 stam recovery using food for max health, stam and magic. He also had 4k weopen damage unbuffed and 20k spell and physical resistance in a non champ server!! To get that sort of weopen damage he must be using weopen damage glyphs so i have no idea how he could legitimately get that high a recovery on a sorc unless its glitched as my numbers have shown when jumping from non champ and champ servers.

Oh and my undaunted mettle passive doesn't work on my sorc as well. I get more magic wearing 7 light.

If you haven't already do a /bug and report these issues.

Otherwise try and get some pictures and other evidence to show it's happening and post it here for the devs to look over or community team to forward on.
