Looking for a serious dungeon group guild (AD)

I've realize that I'm in love with dungeons, yes! Dungeons are a great part of my gaming experience in this game. The troubling part is that it's no fun depending on a lousy group finder all the time. When I finally do get a match (After an hours wait) I come to find out that the players are waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay below me (Sorry but I'm kinda prejudice) and wand up costing me gold in major repairs because of the inexperience of these low rankers.
I'm currently searching for the perfect and successful dungeon guild to join. I would love to start doing daily dungeons for gold/silver.
