Just Curious-Regular Pledge when it's Spindle, TS required?

I completed the Gold pledge and needed the silver, which was Spindle.
When I got into a group (PUG), they required TS (TeamSpeak). I don't have it so I told them so and said, but isn't Spindle a very easy silver pledge?

Well, I got kicked. No problem, that's the leader's prerogative.

Do you think TS should be required for a Silver pledge? For a Spindle Silver pledge?

Not unless you were seriously underleveled... which isn't likely given you'd just finished gold.

That's just stupid. You can roll through Spindle in a PUG with no TS.

Pretty sure you can faceroll through spindle solo. But, it's been awhile.

One could almost solo silver spindle. I haven't used TS ever playing this game. However, I never do Trials, which is probably the only content that would require it.

Yeah, at that point, I'm pretty sure you could have carried them if they didn't know what they were doing. But, I agree with @Shadesofkin, sounds like the leader didn't know what they were doing and wanted to hide it behind a facade of excessive "professionalism."

I know I did solo it once. But I think that was back before it scaled past v10... v12? I forget.

I solo my silver pledges (taking cig before lost bosa spindle atm). I absolutelt don;t think ts is requires for ANY normal pledge.

I've been on ts for normal dungeons and we talk about anything but the dungeon o.O

In fact, the only dungeon I've run where TS is nice to have is vWGT. And even then, ya figure out fast who has portals

I completed vCoA (my 2nd run through, previous time was over a year ago), with 2 random's from zone and a friend who was in CP 140 gear, all without teamspeak, and we got the gold key.

Seriously though, they probably did you a favor, sounds like it would have been a rough run.

Most of the time on console they insist on group chat or its boot. Usually I run Ophidian Overlord or Stormproof and even the 1 flawless title and maelstrom weapons and send the leader a message saying do you have this? If not stfu I just don't want to talk to you. I'm here for the 200k XP and that's it, it's 6am and the wife is still asleep. Low and behold all the others run straight to thier death.
