Right iv not had a response from ticket 160709-000704, 160708-000801 and 160708-000691 you say you will respond in 6 business hours yet these was done yesterday and I got zero response I would like to know what is going on or I will just submit tickets on the hour every hour till you respond, now I respect your not open at this time but I will await a response on here or email

✭Yep, business hours are 9 to 5 Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, EDT. If you have a problem outside of those hours, expect to not get an answer until the end of the business day Monday.0
