Within the video, I recorded a few instances worth looking into. It was all recorded over three or four separate days where I felt it would be worth saving clips to make a video one day. None of these situations are odd, and represent much of the "typical" gameplay in ESO atm performance-wise.
Stutters, health desyncs, FPS drops, load screens, and other performance issues make up the bulk of this video. My internet is absolutely flawless, and I triple checked my router to eliminate that avenue of escape to take the blame off ESO. I speed up long load screens and long parts of clips. Enjoy, and please fix! (boring video ahead)
P.S. A big part I missed was to include how group dungeons no longer function correctly anymore, in that there are mid-dungeon loading screens which often are permanent, enemies refusing to appear on screen, and other general performance-related issues.https://youtu.be/_nBuKJpzQgA

Dark Brotherhood did not improve performance, instead serving to make it worse alongside new animation changes which do not fully play with or without lag.
Does this bother any of the Devs? As a full-fledged TES fan and long time ESO player I feel as if these performance issues are being brushed aside as a minor inconvenience. Those "minor" performance issues aren't the type of things that makes new players love the game. It is what makes new players return the game asap to refund their money because the game won't even work, and they'd be correct because nothing functions as it should right now.
Please, load up the game on console and tell me the performance is as good as you envisioned, because I guarantee you it isn't.

i do wonder what causes them tho. it does seen that certain players in cyrodiil can time there lag spikes just as they spam an ability. is it just luck with timing?
its way too much of a coincidence that a huge lag spike can result in being hit with 5 snipes and then take damage while you are dead on the floor
i have been “de-synced” by certain players right when you are on execute health more often that just “luck”
i do not play on wireless internet, i do have fibre optic internet and my router is specifically set up for ps4 gaming.
cyrodiil is a laggy mess. i have heard that the lag is to do with certain countries firewalls, surveillance and or ancient telephone infrastructure. true or not, the game does seem to struggle when people connect to the server from far away places, and places where “freedom” is at a premium.
and yes i do believe people lagswitch on ps4, i have heard stories on who does it and a quick google search will show you how to tape a simple switch to the back of the ps4 controller for you to tap at your pleasure. it happens and i believe people do it.
but all that seems to be irrelevant in PVE, i have seen the dungeon, trial and maelstrom glitches for myself and im sure you can rule out lagswitching from boss monsters.
Valkyn skoria can kill you with his heavy attack before the animation, does that make valkyn skoria a lagswitcher? no it doesn't.
PVE is now a laggy mess too but this has only happened recently. Imperial city dlc was the las time i remember PVE working well and it has got steadily worse since that dlc.
Frame rates always were a lottery. it seems RNG has part to play. 60fps? more like a number between 5fps and 60fps and you can adjust play style to compensate. just do your skill rotation and hope for the best.
something is badly wrong with the way this game interacts with the internet, or the internet itself is to blame. People playing on wifi or mobile phone internet creates longer signal paths and increases ping speeds.
HD video streaming does destroy bandwidths. Netflix, youtube etc in every house in the UK might not be helping the situation but nothing can be done about it.
I feel that all the above issues are here to stay and we all might as well get used to it. Such a shame as this game is wonderful really.

This vid is still ok when i compare to some days for me man .. i really stutter from one point to the other to be teleported like a few secs back pushing an interaction button at vendor and/or crafting and having an effect like 3 secs later , lag lag lag and then for a few days its like fluid gameplay none of the problems i stated here to be back to a unpleasant laggy moments .
Pvp most of the time when lots of people together and POI like in Grahtwood etc
ps , i still think you have a bigger problem with laW in game dude 437K !!!!!!!!
