We are currently investigating connection issues some players are having on the European megaservers. We will update as new information becomes available.
I know and read a ton of topic about this....ESO dont have cross-of anything, but the only argument i found about is that the Microsoft dont want cross-network with Sony or something like that.
I find this news about Microsoft letting Sony into his network and i think ESO have a very small posibility because of this....i dont know
Sounds groovy. Except if the current performance issues are console side. It would be even more uglier with both consoles on the same servers playing together.
ZOS has said that they have no plans at this time to utilize any cross-play between platforms.
While I applaud Microsoft for plowing forward with this in an effort to unify the platforms, it's not Microsoft, Sony, or anyone other than ZOS that is holding it up with this game.
Now; that sounds more harsh than I mean it to be, but it's the truth. They've got enough on their plate to solve right now without having to add in the coding to allow the three platforms to effectively/efficiently talk to each other, so I don't blame them for staying off the bandwagon right now.
I'd rather they get the game to a more stable position across all platforms before trying to tackle something of this magnitude.
