Valkyn Skoria set?

Hi just wondering if the Valkyn Skoria procs if you use Healing Over time abilities? A guild member says that it proc with his Templar healer when he uses healing springs and rapid regeneration. I dont have the set myself so I cant check. Can anyone confirm if this is true? Thanks

If it is then it's bug. I think what happening here is Your guild mate using cleansing ritual morphed to dealing dmg which are DoT or he's using shards which also provides DoT dmg same like heavy attack from resto staff.

He didnt mention those abilties but that would definitely explain how he procs meteor if his using those abilities aswell.

there is a slight delay between the meteor being procked & it hitting, so i can complete a heavy resto attack, and 1 seccond later mob gets hit by meteor, the delay is even greater in PvP which can lead to confusion over what does & doesnt proc it.

If it procced on healing springs the meteors would hit your teammates. It likely procced of blazing spear or ritual of retribution as said above.
