Where are my Crowns?

I had the ESO+ bug a few days ago and got it fixed by calling up Microsoft support. However, I never got my 1500 crowns. I have sent in two tickets already and haven't gotten one response. Um...why is this @ZOS_JessicaFolsom? How can I go about getting my crowns that I paid for?

    OP- same thing with my xbox1 eso account. I assume you mean the eso plus not showing up in game like every1 else reported? i contacted xbox support to get it resolved however still missing the crowns. I submitted another help ticket to zos a few days ago. still nothing.

    Same boat here. Got the plus working but no crowns. I actually wanted to spend them this month too. 5 tickets and no replies.

    My eso plus went down last Saturday... Microsoft had the assist in getting my subs working.

    No crowns tho... Sent a ticket and not a sausage has been done.

    With the rate of issues plaguing this game at the minute (Xbox one) They really need to be careful as this can start people walking away/taking a break... People not playing the game may find better games.

    I hope this is not the case as I love this game.

    Same here, my boyfriend went through xbox who in the end cancelled the plus so he could re subscribe he got his craft bag and dlc zones back but no crowns, sent upto now 5 tickets and nothing but a automated reply saying they've received the complaint but xbox said if it dont get fixed they will refund the costs but xbox shouldn't have to do that

    Can't believe this is still an issue on the xbox. Not played the game in an age and just decided to have a sneak peak at the forums. I cancelled my sub when ZoS were as helpful as a splinter in the eye. I got a refund from MS and they cancelled my sub. It's the least hassle free way of doing it. It also stops money from going into the devs coffers and when enough people cancel, then maybe those people at Bethesda/ZOS who should be dealing with it, will get off their arses and actually sort it out.

    Well, yes MS should be doing that. You purchased the sub via their marketplace, so the onus is on MS to sort the issue out. Or that's the way it works here in the UK. Let ZoS and MS fight it out. You'll get nowhere with ZOS as you've already witnessed first hand.

    ...100% speculation on my part.....but maybe now that they've announced ESO Gold, and how ESO Plus was not on at launch and hidden and that's it's still hidden.....maybe ESO Plus is going away.

    All other companies are updating their stuff to be in the upcoming Xbox universal store for next month.

    Again100% speculation but maybe ESO plus will mean something else for us on Xbox one or just go away in August with One Tamriel and ESO Gold edition

    Same with me! Got it resolved but never got crowns.. Big surprise.. And my character is still stuck in Wrothgar..
