IC Arena Quest Graphical/Combat Bug.

Not sure if it's just for the quest or all Arena fights. I was attempting this earlier and I kept getting 1 hit killed. When I looked at the death log, it says I was getting hit by the meteor that is cast while fighting the Ogrim boss. Sometimes I will see the attack (red circle) other times there is no animation or warning or anything. All that happens is my character just instantly drops dead saying I was hit. Anyone have this happen to them. This was in Blackwater Blade incase it's campaign specific.
