After 6 days of being stuck in Orsinium I finally made it out. But I need to turn in quests that are inside the city...should I risk going back in?

let me put it this way last night i got lost in black hole that is knowing as Orsinium took me 20 min on logging in selecting my character and then loading screen kicked out and so on and so on and so on and so on and so on .. once when it loaded i got out of there like a bat out of hell.
so to answer your question i was stuck for 20 min and i am not going back to risk it let alone if i was stuck for 6 days.
