I posted 2 bug reports regarding an issue where I am unable to loot any world boss or any delve boss, preventing me from earning any gold, soul gems, or boss specific loot from any in game area. Basically making game unplayable for me. To me it sees that I am stuck in some kind of boss loot lockout timer.
I reported in game on Tuesday Jul 5th, after 2 days, since Sunday July 3rd, of being unable to loot any bosses. I expected that if I post report in game I would get a live GM like I have in every other MMORPG that I ever played. Unfortunately all I got was an auto reply on the website stating that I would get a resolution in 6 hours. At that time I posted a detailed report of the issue on the support page, since the report I posted in game was limited to only a brief description.
Well the fantastic tech support people, flagged my detailed report as a duplicate and closed it, and only left open the cut off report. t this point 2 days had passed and I then added the detailed info into the short post.
As of now it has been 3 days and I have gotten ZERO feedback of any kind from the support staff, other than the auto reply saying I would get help in 6 hours or less.
Well somehow I think that 72 hours is a bit longer than 6 hours. and also an unacceptable time to wait for a tech support reply on a game that is so damn expensive to play. Between DLC and inventory I have spent over $200 on this game and can't even enjoy playing it. Totally unacceptable.
I am attaching here, the original detailed report I posted of the issue.
"Ever since entering grahtwood I have been unable to loot any delve boss or world boss. I entered grahtwood 48 hours ago and began doing quests and sky's hard hunting, etc. I leveled from level 20 to 29 in that time. I killed every delve boss and world boss more than once over the last 48 hours and have not been able to loot any of them, not even gold. I got experience, but on the first delve boss kill I did not even get gold or a soul gem. I am bugged and somehow stuck on a permanent boss loot lockout timer. I have tried waiting, 10 mins and then killing again, I have tried rebooting, hard resetting Xbox one, nothing works. I simply cannot get any loot, not even gold from any boss. Problem has persisted for 2 days. And I know I was the proper level at the times, because I was getting a chest at the dolmens which do not drop chests after increasing 5 levels above them. Also, since world bosses and delves drop special named items, level should not matter. Bottom line, the whole reason to play this game is seek out bosses and get rare loot, and my time has been wasted for the last 48 hours and I should be compensated for your buggy sometimes impossible to play game. I need this boss loot lockout problem resolved'
This issue has now been going on for almost 5 days. and After killing every world boss and delve boss in grahtwood between 4 and 7 times each, I ave recieved 0 loot, 0 gold, ad 0 soul gems. My fiance whom I play with, killed the same bosses, at the same time and we also tried solo and as a group, and each time, the boss corpse would get the gold aura on her screen but not on mine. She would get loot and soul gems most times, and if the boss loot timed lockout was in effect, he would still get gold from the body, but no items. But she got something on every single kill.
I however got nothing, no gold, no loot, no gems. The bosses body was unlootable, did not have any gold aura around it and basically wasted my time. Considering I am trying to farm gold so I can upgrade my inventory and bank space in game, and this has been impossible, and also considering how unprofessional the support team has been, not even giving me the courtesy they promise to all players, of replying in 6 hours or less, I think once this game breaking issue is resolved, I should be compensated with a comensurate gold or crown package.
I have literally lost out on over 50k worth or gold, considering I have killed over 100 bosses and got no loot or gold from them.
Hopefully I will finally get a reply from tech support here since I have not gotten any reply on my 2 help tickets.
160705-004831 and 160705-004938 are the two tickets that have gone without any developer response for 3 days.
Please fix the issue, that is ruining my gaming experience.
