Stuttering game

so after maint yesterday like many of you i logged on to play the game and i went straight into pve to finish doing dolmen bosses..but that became a massive headache,every time i used a skill the game would give me a awful 2 second delay, i couldn't bust out combos,change bar with ease or heal , it made the dolmens a real chore,so i gave up and went into pvp, and well you all know pvp is a pool of lag but even before i set off on my conquest to rule them all i got stuck in a long load screen teleporting to a keep from base then dash boarded..loooool... i for one am kind of sick at this type of thing happening..anyone else?

I didn't do so much of the PvP, but oh yes in PvE. Lagging of light attack or not working at all. Same when trying to lock pick a chest or door. The lock pick often stutters or not move at all when pressed to do so.
