continual crashing since 4th July patch.

Since the 4th July 2016 patch/maintnenance my gamne has started to crash for no reason quite often. On this occasion I was standing in front of a cave typoing in the chatbox and it just closed on me. Anyone else having this problem and does anyone know if ZOS a doing anythiong?

consoles have been crashing to dashboard since DB update.. just got the supposed fix today - I haven't heard of many reports of it on PC though..

Maybe a fix is in the works due to the severity being way less than console?

I haven't noticed any issues - have you tried:

(1) removing your addons and testing
(2) Tried the 32-bit client
(3) Cleared the cache (you'll need to search the forums for instructions)

Thank you - will try all those things but I would point ou tthat I am not the only one complaining.

As far as console there are no addons and there isn't another version of the client, I've cleared the saved memory and reinstalled the game entirely since the DB patch although that was trying to fix a different issue with ESO+. Using any wayshrine is a good bet for a crash. Respawning in PVP is a good bet for a crash. Also just random hey there's a resource node and crash!

The latest patch seems to have smoothed some of the random loading screens but the crashes remain and now NPC's take even longer than before to load into the environment. I literally had to wait over 5min for the bank guy to appear in Marbruk. 5min staring at a static picture is actually quite a long time in video game, perhaps if this was 1999 it would be more expected.

It isd now crashing on start on a regular basis. This is getting to be intolerable. There is not even a help button oin tyhe password screen.

Constantly crashing since last week or so on PC. Like at least 7-9 times per evening. It's freaking annoying.

Open a support ticket so they can troubleshoot with you, it might be on your end.

NB: first support answer is always automated, you need to answer it to get actul human support.
