More sustain is the way to go. When you have more sustain you can make your gear more offensive and CP more offensive rather than investing heavily into regeneration to balance out what you lack.
I'm a redguard and I 1vX thanks to my sustain heck yesterday I 1v6'd a mag templar,tank dk,nb x2, and a sorc who were taking resources all around faregyl (they were AD) ended up killing 4 of them but the sorc and NB killed me thanks to NBs OP incap ulti... the one that costs like 50 ultimate lmao..

Redguard's last passive, Adrenaline Rush, provides a stupidly high amount of stamina regen.

Stack maximum stamina => get more damage, healing AND sustain. That and the synergy with Max [resource] that DKs have in general make it the best choice overall.

With 40,000 stamina, you can get 1200 stamina every 3 seconds, or 800 stamina regen. Yes, you do need to use a melee attack every 3 seconds, but it's not really that hard to do. Even if you have a 50% uptime on this passive, 400 stamina regen is not negligible at all (and this is on top of the 10% stamina regen Redguards get).

For PVP redguard have the best stamina sustain in the game because of their passive that give stamina back on melee hits so they can run max health and stamina food.Which allow them to hit harder and still have a good amount of sustain.For PVE DPS its now Khajit by a good margin since they know deal the most damage because of their passive crit bonus.Generally for PVP Red guard is the best race to go as expect for IMO stam word Orc is better so you can be speedy Gonzalez and on a gankblade Khajit is better.

I absolutely love this post.

I personally prefer Orc. The max stam/health bonus and reduce sprint cost topped with a major 20% health recovery bonus works best with my play style. On other race characters I find myself arriving to the battle with half a stam bar because of sprint. Cyrodil is a damn marathon sometimes and with my Orc I always have enough to get where I'm going fast and with plenty stam to smash them with that extra 4% melee damage.

I tried it out and found my wood elf to have just as much sustain if not a bit better tbh

I love orcs man and with next patch healing update on them they might be op but everyone stuck in their redguard ways

That's because it's rare to find creative people within this community. 90% of ps4 players use builds they found on youtube. There are so many amazing sets in this game that are borderline OP if utilized properly.

Try doing a bloospawn test with the tank wearing Nobles Conquest.

PvP redguard. Reason? Stamina managment other races can just dream off. PvE khajiit. Reason? It's powerfull now with 8% more crit only and next patch they want to add 6% more stamina him also which makes him insanely OP as PvE DD

Orc looks really good for stamina sorc, but for DK PVE I would probably go Khajiit, PVP probably Redguard just because crit is less values there and regen is indeed godly.
