Vet Fungal Grotto Broken (Last Boss)

Others and I ran the Gold Pledge for Fungal Grotto today (Vet Mode) multiple times. The vet dungeon quest can be turned in for the skill point and completion but the last boss will not appear.

Talked to every NPC (including the man who you give the husk to). No option except turning the quest in. All objectives completed.Ran it twice tonight without problem on PC. Did you remember to grab the husk?
Apologies for not clarifying, this issue was on PC. Yes the husk was grabbed and again, tried to turn it in. Perhaps this is a glitch that happens rarely? Another guildmate of mine just now couldn't finish it as the boss didn't appear.
