Just do what most people are doing to get Emp.
Join any server.
Have a friend(s) on different alliance.
Have him siege a keep while you continually repair it.
And/or
Have 3 friends, you merk 2, last one res them back up, kill them again. Repeat until you have desired AP.
Dont know if these are against the rules, but i see this happening on a lot of nights i actually venture to Cyro/Lag-o-ville.

LOL no, this is ***. It would earn you the hatred of the rest of your alliance, which sharply decreases your chance at getting the six keeps. Also this is pretty slow for earning AP. Running with the local zerg, holding off choke spots with high traffic (gates, bridges, some resources) with a few ganker friends, immediate response to defenses for massive D-ticks and ganking in general will get you more than four times the amount of AP in the same time. I would soon make an updated emperor guide with max AP gain rates in a day or two.

I just gave 2 small examples and advised to youtube more examples if needed. Simply have a team/use more people.
Mostly done at night when there is no-one online so you can keep AP generation going when running with the herd isn't possible.

Farm resources at night till there is almost no one online. The AP rate is higher that way. Also, ever heard how fast AP can be gained by just repairing the ever growing walls? At least thrice as faster than the cheating you mentioned.

You don't post on the Eve forum using the name Tom Gerard, do you? It would explain a lot.
