Notice that on magika dragonknight, while flame of oblivion is up, magelight isn't giving the 5% extra magika if both are placed on the same bar.
Also, did notice that all the regular ability from mage guild have a similar issue, that issue doesn't seems to be appearing at all time but as long as flame of oblivion and magelight were coexisting the bug was happening.
Did change some stuff and notice the bug dissapear if you unload flame of oblivion and reload magelight and an other buff then change bar.
