Can You do it in a legit way?

One day I was a IC sewers and I saw someone two or three shotting all the mobs, even the mini-mini bosses with 80kHP or something similar. It was a NB, I am assuming it was mag NB since he/she was spamming Drain Power. Literally just running into group of mobs using Sap Essence or Power Extraction two or three times, everything is dead then running into another group of mobs. Sadly I was about to close my game and I could not follow this person. Can something like this be achieved in a legit way or it was someone with modified stats?

P.S. It was someone from my own alliance, i did not got rekt by him/her
He/she did not animation cancel anything, three full animations of Sap Essence or Power Extraction.

I kill nearly mobs there with very few Steel Tornados with purple gear so I would say it is possible.

3 shot is nothing. Someone had a post up of a 60k WB in the sewers a month ago. The game is so ridiculous and out of control that it is almost impossible to identify cheating.

Hes talking about 3 shotting groups of targets not out of stealth.

Was he glowing with a purple hue around his body? The Imperial Physique set requires you to carry 10k stones on you but increases your max stats by a TON. I almost had emperor equivalent stats when I put it on my main and the mobs in the city obviously dropped with minimal effort. Could be that.

If the glow is hard to see ,unlike lets say, Spell Power Cure proc then maybe.
Doing simple math: 80kHP/3=26666,66. I am not talking here about fully buffed stealth WB or killing bunch of mobs with very few steel tornados. I am talking about over 25k damage with one AoE ability.

Like I wrote before, sadly I can not provide any more information, I was tired and I just wanted to bank my tv stones.

Imperial Physique maybe give 6k in stam, for a junk set with all regens. Would not increase DPS other than wearing optimal gear.

Id say it can be done but who knows who is running CE these days, not like Zo$ does ((

My magicka templar healer can consistently hit for 20k with one dark flare, so it most be easy for an actual dps to do much more damage then that. Seeing how I'm not speced to run full dps.

I honestly don't know though, I suck at running both magicka and stamina based nightblade.

my stamp,ar was able to 2 shot the mobs before the ic nerf. welcome to 'casual' gaming.

If I'm lucky and get critical hits, I get to 2/3 shot IC mobs with my magblade with funnel health - and sap essence also helps by buffing the damage. And I'm not even playing as a good magicka race (Khajiit - there are zero racial bonuses for my magicka characters).

I cannot tell you how much that is on DPS or hit points though, I do not use DPS addons and always play with combat text switched off.

My stam sorc 3-4 hit kills groups in ic with steel tornado, this was pre DB, haven't been there since DB with new enhanced weapon enchants.
