In The Rift in Geirmund's Hall: Trial of the Mind - The water cannot be interacted with anywhere. The quest marker appears, but trying to interact with the water there or anywhere else along the shore of the island fails to trigger the interaction animation. I saw another player having the same problem at same time this happened to me.
With all the glitches I have reported relating to quests, abandoning and restarting the quests does not resolve the issue. Overall, it seems as if the interaction animations fail to trigger properly in each of the glitches.
