My friends ESO is messed up. His words are missing from skills and when he talks to NCPs they show up as offline words and their dialog is missing as well.

My game frequently has these issues. Sometimes NPCs and other items are invisible. It can usually be resolved with a hard reset, unplug the xbox, plug back in and see if that fixes it.0
