Rain, rain, go away... on XB1...

IS it just me, or is it raining a lot more these days in the XB1 edition of the game. Stormhaven seems to be under a never-ending storm watch and Rivenspire and Northern Bangkorai seem the same. It looks nice, yes, but I tend to have problems in highly populated areas when it's raining as the servers can't keep up with everything needing animation, leading to bog-downs in gameplay, severe synching issues in combat and objects you can;t =='t properly interact with some containers and corpses during these times. Any way they can adjust the algorithm so it rains less often... like making the rain stop sometimes?
