Seriously your support team have the intelligence of my carpet and I'm still blocked.

I've supplied proof of payment what more do you need? You're still blocking me from eso plus and they will not even reply and say why.

Right so ZOS. ..I cancelled my sub and repurchased without issue....well I'm SILL BLOCKED AND DIDN'T GET ANY CROWNS....

The forums staff are normally in bed at this time.

Your best option for support on the forums is to get your ticket number and post it here, if you don't hear anything then try to PM one of the community team with the issue and ticket number.

So ZOS....here we go. .

Last night I mailed a certain president at XB on this issue I had bit if a rant at him.

Epic stuff though he's replied and quite forthcoming on the details here.

So I'll give you until tomorrow that's Tuesday at 5pm BST to give an answer to the public / community that you so frequently ignore as to what the issue is or I'll post it up.

Ban me and I'll only come back, then I'll hit your twitter and reddit pages to spite you.

So please indulge us all. And fix my account at the same time would you please.

Pretty sure threatening ZOS isn't going to help on this, you will just be banned as you said (or at least suspended from the forums) and if you make a stink on social media or other news outlets then it's not going to give you your account back.

Simply enough ask if losing your account permanently and having to start over (if you even can on console, can they blacklist a gamer tag?) is worth the short lived high of beating ZOS.

So ZOS. ..you're still blocking my access btw and not paid my crowns. ...but you just sent me a survey asking how you did? Are you that *** that ticket is still open and you aren't responding? ?? The clock is ticking before your fan base gets a little upset.

Most of the fanbase who are aware of the issues already are upset, or have already left.

ESO players fall into the following.

Casual TES Fan - Logs in does their thing and has no idea of what the games issues are, normally annoyed by server downtimes or account issues only.

Average Gamer - Understand the issues but accepts them as they don't play competitive gameplay, it doesn't effect them so why should they care? lol "hardcore" gamers. Normally annoyed by server downtimes, account issues and some bugs in quests etc.

Hardcore Gamer - Understand all the issues, passionately talks/debates them as their area of the game is most affected. Annoyed by most things as they see nothing being done.

Fairy Tale Fan - The people who refuse to accept any issues exist and continue talking about how great the game is on their YouTube/Twitch/Social Media accounts, are often spoken of fondly by ZOS staff and are "super fans" because of their inability to speak ill of ZOS/ESO.

ZOS seem to be focused on the casual/average/fairy tale ones, why care about the vocal and angry minority when the money is flowing in from the others. I've tried to be one of the fairy tale fans, but I am so tired of it now.
