So I'm making another thread about this since there's already so many of them.
I was playing ESO and everything was fine. No DCs, no power outages, nothing. Then all of a sudden, my items stopped going to my crafting bag, my experience went down, and I was like, "Um what's going on?" Oh look, my ESO+ subscription is gone! But yet, my account says I still have it and will be renewed tomorrow on the fourth.
So ZOS let me explain something, when someone pays for something, and you don't deliver or offer any kind of support, that's called THEFT! You're stealing from customers.
So I restarted my xbox and I will be submitting a ticket, but I want to know why only X1 is having these issues. Where is the service I paid for?!
