    Pretty sure nothing will beat dawnbreaker of smiting. It's lethal. Finally a solid ult for a stamplar.

    Racial ultimates are a BAD idea. In fact Id be happy if they removed racials completely and introduced sets of backgroud perks everyone could pick during character creation regardless of race. Race should be a purely cosmetic choice in an MMO.

    Racial ultimates where a thing way back in beta, but they got scrapped, probably due to balance concerns.

    Race based ultimate a like the ones you get in skyrim. Tho the imperial one would be pretty useless lol. Can always change that to steal gold from nearby players Lol ;).

    Thats your opinion. I like that race brings you bonuses and racial ultis/actives would be awesome cause then we would see more unique/different builds.

    Aslo in my opinion makes sense that orc/khajit hits harder than high elf but elves are better in spells

    Having sets of perks tied to background but detached from race does not in any way change the ability to make unique builds. Youd still be able to do whatever you do now, except you wouldnt be penalized for cosmetic choices.

People were convinced the barber shop would be something spectacular because ZOS was working on it for so long but it turned out... meh. Not having something 'by now' doesnt mean ZOS is putting extra effort and consideration into making it.

    You're missing the point of my original post. Zenimax DOES listen and much of what is in-game now is due to demand. If not for that it would not be in-game. Zenimax wants ideas from the playerbase for Ultimate concepts, that's all. No concepts or ideas, no Ultimates. Simple as that.

    Don't believe me? Then refer to the ESO Live segment where they answered my question regarding this in pretty much that manner.

    If I were to make weapon based Ultimate spells, I want them to work with the weapon skills and passives rather than be a cast and forget type like most Ultimates are currently. They would have no benefit to being used with anything but its own skill line, so bar swapping to use it becomes ineffective unless you have the same weapon type in both bars.

    Destruction Staff Ultimate
    - Summons two magical Orbs beside you for 8 seconds (increases 4 seconds per rank), whenever you cast a Destruction Staff spell the Orbs will also cast a duplicate spell at 30% (increases 1% damage per rank) the damage at the nearest target.
    - Destructive Touch, Force Shock, and Weakness to Elements will attempt to cast at different targets than your own, hitting up to 3 targets including your own. If no other targets can be found they will also cast at your target.
    - Wall of Elements will cast perpendicular to yours creating a T line, covering a wider area.
    - Impulse will burst from the point of the Orbs.

    Restoration Staff Ultimate
    - Reduces the cost of your Restoration Staff spells by 20% and whenever you cast a Restoration Staff spell, an echo will cast the same spell 3 seconds later at no additional cost to you. Lasts 15 seconds.
    - Grand Healing will cast in the same location, doubling its duration.
    - Regeneration will hopefully smart cast to other targets.
    - Force Syphon will attempt to cast a different target than your own.

    Two-Handed Weapon Ultimate
    - Toggle, Drains with each attack. Your Two-Handed Weapon attacks and abilities gain the full spectrum of the Heavy Weapons passive (based on what Rank you have invested) regardless of what weapon you have currently equipped.
    - The two other bonuses will only affect Two-Handed Weapon attacks and abilities so if you have a 2H Axe equipped, the bonus 5% damage and 20% ignore physical resistance will not affect anything else.

    Personally I'd go with R. Staff having a revival capability and 1h and Shield have an AoE Taunt.

    With aggressive horn around, the only resto ulti that would ever be worth slotting would be something along the line of "Instantly revive up to 2 dead allies".

    Personally I'd go with R. Staff having a revival capability and 1h and Shield have an AoE Taunt.

    The chainspinners in AA which can pull multiple targets to them at once...thats what I want for Sword and Board.

    really?, dawnbreaker of smiting seems quite weak to me, the worst its done to my nightblade is about 8k, meteor does more damage then that.

    Actually, racial ultimates used to be in the game at some point :) but that was in Beta 2013.
    I remember Altmer gave 100 magicka regen for 15 seconds. Which was alot back then, like 1000 today.

    It's a good thing they removed these ults, because race choice shouldn't be further determined by this.

    Weapon ultimates would be awesome. But they said, they want to be careful with adding new abilities to the game because they are afraid of balance.

    I like the ideas! Duel Wielding could give haste back or do something like the nightblade ability in the assassination tree because honestly both make sense to me. Maybe the bow can have a multi-shot that makes it so you could either shoot a cone or shoot multiple shots per bow attack that usually shoots one except snipe because that wouldn't go well.

    For Bow Ultimate I'd actually like the ability to summon creatures like the NPC Rangers do.

    Destruction should give something like: "Punishes reflect and roll dodge spammers and deals 300% more damage against them" ^^

    Racial ults were only around for a short time when I came into beta, I only got to play around a little with them, but I've always hoped they would return.
