If two people are running a crusher enchantment, will they stack? I know running two enchantments for yourself resets the cool down, I was wondering if stamplar one hits with crusher, then stamplar two does the same thing, does it stack on the boss, etc.

Best way to know is do the following:

    1. Do a Light Attack on the enemy.
    2. Do another Light Attack on the enemy immediately after and take note of the increased damage dealt.
    3. Have a friend with the enchantment Light Attack the enemy.
    4. Do a Light Attack on the enemy again and see if the damage is higher than step 2.

Do all that within 5 seconds after starting step 1 and you'll have your answer.

I don't see why they wouldn't, OP. They're flat debuffs, rather than a named debuff, plus multiple players can apply other identical enchants. Saying that, I'm not 100% certain.

It seems like something that @Gilliamtherogue would know - if he doesn't mind the summon!

Similar effects usually don't stack, instead they refresh each other if they apply the same amount or the higher amount over-writes the lower, and the higher duration over-writes the lower. If you have a source of minor breach and a major breach, those two will stack. If you have two sources that apply minor breach, the newest applied effect simply refreshes the duration.

As someone else had mentioned, they do not stack. Even if a player has an Infused source or one empowered with Torugs, and another player does not, they will not stack, simply refresh. Someone else in this thread mentioned higher amount values overriding lower amounts, but this is actually not the case at all. Priority stems completely from buff or debuff duration, not power. The same works for shields, if a larger shield is casted, lets say Barrier, and then a weaker one is casted 5 seconds later, since the new Barrier has a 5s higher duration, it will override the older one, despite the older one being stronger. The same works for enchants, which can actually hinder performance.
