Crash Report

Since the Dark Brotherhood DLC patch, I have been getting the "ESO has stopped working" crash report at least once every 1-2 hours of playing. Completely random times - today I was entering the bank at one crash and shopping at a guild trader the other time. A couple of days ago I was in the middle of a fight and, of course, was dead when I restarted the game.
I have tried removing addons and repairing the game. My drivers are up to date. I am still using the 32 bit client because I had issues with the 64 bit. And this only started happening with the last big patch. Any suggestions?
At this point I have mostly quit playing aside from doing writs and crafting because it gets maddening to crash in the middle of something important. I hope this can be fixed because I would like to try out the DB DLC, but I'm not paying for it unless I can actually play!
