Please have whomever make the adjustments to ESO Plus to remove the sku entirely from the Xbox one store and instead the subscription needs to start with an app. Look at EA Access and follow how this app works as this should remove the current issues you all are having today.
Notice because your sku cannot be purchased on the Xbox one site, it's going to always be a problem as you all have never set this up in the store the right way.
At this point, an app will further allow you as a company to better provide the benefits as well as allowing customer to purchase outside of the game and not have as many issues.

*The sku is also not accessible on Xbox one smartglass
**This is important because the subscription is not recognized as a subscription or an app therefore on the console it's not a sub but only on the website is it a subscription but all other subscriptions apps or games do show up excluding ESO Plus. You all should rectify this.
