ESO Plus - needs to be changed to an App to remove issues (Xbox One only)

Please have whomever make the adjustments to ESO Plus to remove the sku entirely from the Xbox one store and instead the subscription needs to start with an app. Look at EA Access and follow how this app works as this should remove the current issues you all are having today.

Notice because your sku cannot be purchased on the Xbox one site, it's going to always be a problem as you all have never set this up in the store the right way.
At this point, an app will further allow you as a company to better provide the benefits as well as allowing customer to purchase outside of the game and not have as many issues.

*The sku is also not accessible on Xbox one smartglass
**This is important because the subscription is not recognized as a subscription or an app therefore on the console it's not a sub but only on the website is it a subscription but all other subscriptions apps or games do show up excluding ESO Plus. You all should rectify this.

    Uh... yeah... that's not what that means. I am not sure how to best explain it so everyone can understand...
    Okay... this is hugely over-simplified... but basically, what this suggestion is, is having the subscription handled by an entirely separate program, rather than the unreliable direct connection to the game itself that we've been using. EA Access was the example. I loathe EA Access but their system does technically work very well without the problems that are plaguing us here with ESO. Right now we've been having problems with the ESO Plus Subscription being lost even though it's been paid for on the consoles. If the subscription was handled by an app that was independent of the game, this wouldn't happen.

    I hope that explained it well enough. It is really a tricky topic to reduce to simple terms and I am sure I lost some of the meaning in translation. But I do think this is a really good idea and ZOS should seriously consider it.

    Only solution I have atm apart from getting ms to cancel so you can sub again is to turn off auto renewal and then get it again when it expires. When I was chatting to Xbox support yesterday at that present time they were in talks with the Devs about the issues.
