It's a pretty minor thing, but I find it pretty aggravating that I get dismounted when my mount runs through a puddle. I haven't found anything in the store to spend my crowns on, but god dammit I would throw all my crowns into the store for a freaking bright yellow, blow-up rubber duck that could run over land AND swim through water.

✭✭✭✭✭We need swimming animations for mounts to solve this issue. I don't mind if the mounts get as slow as our character while swimming, but dismounting is annoying.Just so that everyone knows, my Altmer still can't have black hair. About a dozen of Altmer NPCs in the game have black hair. Just saying.

Sings-Many-Songs, Argonian fisher: Sure, I'll do the thing... Eventually. Maybe.
Aerindel, Altmer stormcaller: After extensive research, I've come to the conclusion that doing the thing would be a waste of resources.
Liliel, Dunmer pyromancer: Aerindel said I shouldn't do the thing. Something about "resources".
Gyda Snowcaller, Nord cryomancer: I will find a way to do it that won't waste resources and make Aerindel proud of me.
Beatrice Leoriane, Breton vampire: I persuaded someone else into doing the thing. You are welcome, dear.
Sahima, Redguard performer: Doing the thing sounds awfully unpleasant and really not my problem.
Ellaria Valerius, Imperial priestess: I'll pray to the Eight for the thing to be done, if it is Their will.2 -

Yeah, our mounts shouldn't vanish when we ride through puddles. What is this madness?
I personally think mounts SHOULD be able to swim but their stamina runs out QUICKLY until it dismounts you. ✭✭✭✭✭There's not really a ton of big bodies of water to cross and most can be jumped across at some point . However , I'd like that to change and have a some form of water transportation in the future . Even if just for fishing in the middle of a lake .0 -
Lightninvash✭✭✭✭✭just make an argonian mount and you can use it on land and sea. You would ride on his shoulders as he ran/swam

✭✭✭✭✭You regenerate stamina while swimming. While silly when you actually think about it, the resource mechanics should at least be consistent.
But we don't need mount swimming. I think the fountains provide an ideal limit on how much water your mount should be able to normally walk through without dismounting.
