Mementos are not working at all on main

For some stupid, buggy reason, my mementos will not work on my main character, switched to alt and they work fine, switch back to main and even log off, close game, restart and same freaking issue. I was on early in the day and there were no issues. What happened?? Anyone else experiencing this?
