Stop deleting AvA servers. All the AvAers are crammed into essentially two servers and its no wonder the latency has been so bad for everyone. 7 day standard with CP.
That or you can make one dedicated to Imperial City that allows players to enter there directly, and the IC players won't swallow up server space for the people that want to do regular AvA. There is no reason that people should have to wait to get into game content.
