This is the new personality Drunk, that is currently in the crown store on PTS. The personality Heroic, can be earned through the Shadow of the Hist achievement, but not that one.
I've a feel that this will be sold inthe Crown Store for a limited period and for a ridiculous amount of crown. but i'm totaly going to buy it regardless. Time to save the crowns!

Yeah I hope there will be nice personalities for "good" aligned poeple. Would be fun to have a "seduceress" or a "noble" personality too! I love those personalities! They are awesome!1
