How One Tamriel and Zone scaling should work in my opinion.

Very excited for One Tamriel and believe it in addition to Player Housing and Dueling can add a lot more immersion to the game making it feel like a real alive Elder Scrolls game.

In my opinion I hope they add a couple small things to keep a challenge for those with good end game gear cp etc, well still keeping the cities bustling with activity. I propose firstly the entire game can be togglable between normal and veteran versions the same as the game works now with Dungeons,Trials and Maelstrom. How I see this working is Cities and towns are Shared between both so they always seem busy and full but as soon as you walk out of the city your either in normal or veteran version of the zone, think of Diablo 3 could even add a third difficulty tier down the road.

Another thing I keep hearing from new players is they just started the game bought a DLC or went into a random Dungeon just to leave because OMG it's Vet 16 or CP 160 I am only lvl 15 etc etc. It is Simple just don't display NPC levels and honestly with One Tamriel there is no reason to display levels on NPCs also it looks silly.

Anyway I am super excited to own a House in Glenumbra and Duel some of my own faction and look forward to One Tamriel. Let me know what you think unless your a hater forum troll then please don't bother :D.

Seriously doubt Zos will make the challenge in the game toggleable for the simple reason that they will never make everyone happy with that. No reason to bother when most will think settings do not offer enough challenge or its to much. Never spend effort doing something they would just disappoint regardless of how it's done.

So you'd get a load screen whenever you are leaving a city? That would go over like a lead balloon.

A certain type of person will always complain about everything, shouldn't stop ZOS from trying and tinkering until the majority are happy.
