NOTE: This concept applies only if you do not actually harm an innocent and does not apply to friendly NPCs.
Wouldn't it be neat if NPCs reacted to what we do? For example...
A single player walks up to an NPC and uses Magelight. The NPC then replies in a judgmental manner, either positive or negative.
A single player walks up to an NPC and uses Whirlwind. The NPC then shouts something like "hey, watch it!" or whatever and motions at the player.
Several players walk up to an NPC and start spamming attacks at them. The NPC reacts like the above at first but too much and it begins to panic and possibly run away! Too much of this activity will grab a nearby Guard's attention, advising the players cease and desist or be forced to stop. If the players do not stop they will all be detained with an unbreakable disorient and then the guard will return to their post. No bounties will be given though.
On top of all this NPCs can react to mounts too! For example, they will retort in disgust if the Hammerfell Camel spits at or on them.
This is just examples but the general idea is NPCs don't ignore us when we get rowdy, thus bringing livelier immersion to the game. Thoughts?
