Stam dk vs stam sorc?

Im new to the game, and im wondernig how should i go bout playing as a stam dk,

what do i need to maintain, what should be my rotation?

currently im running 2h/bow ( but no bow skills ) on my Redguard

also this is low level pvp, im currently lv 42 in bwb


i feel like i run out of hp faster, than i do with my stam sorc toon ( lv 27 )

Should i always keep shuffle up, aswell as rally? what are some tips on resource management? ( stam )
