Cleanse needs a buff

I'm of the opinion that the other morph of purge from the alliance support tree "cleanse", needs some type of buff to it. The amount of magicka it cost to cast the skill is huge, but the heal is horrible. Most people run 1 heal on their bar. I want this to be my heal. I'm a magicka nightblade & even buffing this heal by running swallow soul is not enough. Not having major mending is keeping me from running cleanse like I want/need to do. Can you either provide me with a viable method for obtaining major mending or provide with a buff to the "cleanse" morph please.

(fyi, yes some people run 2 heals or "other methods to get heals" such as sap or swallow soul, but the objective here is to have a single heal that is good not a bunch of heals that have been nerfed) & yes I've been around long enough to watch sap & swallow soul/funnel health heals be nerfed into the ground from what they use to be.
