Problem downloading the game

After having reinstalled the game I've decided to start playing again. But I got problems downloading. Because I'm using mobile broadband (with great speed) my connection sometimes breaks for a while when I've to pay for more data, 10 Gb each time. When that happens the already downloaded starts to disappear. Repair won't find it. So I've to download it again. Seems I can't downloading the game any more as it breaks before it's done. I've already spent maybe ten euros the last two days trying to get it. With still no working game. Is there any way to download it either in small parts or in a way that does not break when the internet conection is broken for a while? It has worked before on this same computer with the same broadband connection.
