New Motifs in Update 11 (PTS)

I was reading over the PTS patch notes and didn't seem to find any mention of the new motifs. I also didn't remember them being mentioned in the ESO Live episode.
I know in the recent press release, about update 11, they mentioned that more details would be coming soon.
Just wondering if anyone on the PTS has come across these styles? Or are they not installed yet on this update of the PTS server?
