How do I report someone if they're not physically in the game with me?

Encountered a pair of rude players in Activity finder last night. They did nothing but make things difficult for me:
  • Immediately kicked the other damage dealer, by extension increasing my workload.
  • Instructed me to do things that players of other roles, their roles, are supposed to do.
  • Ran ahead of me without warning and sometimes bypassing enemies.
  • Sent me patronizing messages explaining how to do incredibly simple things.
They even had the nerve to, after putting me through all that, send me messages on XBL telling me I was useless.

On top of that, after only two attempts at the Flesh Abomination boss in IC Prison (the first attempt I'd spent trapped in a wall because they ran in ahead of me), they gave up and left the game without warning, again sending me a message telling me I suck.

Is there any way I can report them in-game by just knowing their gamertags? I was unable to kick them even after they both went offline, so I left the group.

I don't think reporting them will have any effect

Sounds like a common PUG experience.

This is how toxic and hostile the group finder usually is and this is the reason i do dungeons only with guild members anymore.

I have no tolerance for a group like that. I would have just left the party.

I've done exactly three dungeons in all of ESO, the first one one Sunday, but thankfully none of the groups were like this. They were all nice and had no problem with the fact that I was new to healing and dungeons in general. It's groups like the OP described that make me nervous to use the group finder.

I guess you just gotta shrug it off and move on. Sorry you had a crappy experience OP.

That behavior should not be reported. Reporting people should be used for cheaters, harassment or using vulgar and profane language. Calling people "useless" or telling them they "suck" doesn't really fall into those categories.

If you report them, you will be wasting your time. Nothing will come of it. Move on.
