Enlightenment? How to know when it resets?

Is there any command or something to figure out exactly when your daily enlightened buff will come back?

I genuinely lose all interest in playing the game because I feel like I am wasting my time when I run out of enlightened XP, so I just want to figure out what time it resets each day so I can plan to play accordingly.

It differs. I have 2 accounts and play on 2 servers.

Enlightenment on my main NA PC account resets at 3pm EDT (8pm BST)
Enlightenment on my 2nd NA PC account resets at 3am EDT (8am BST)
Enlightenment on my main EU PC account resets at 11am EDT (4pm BST)

Best thing you can do is keep an eye on your account and check when enlightenment is added. I hear you about playing when enlightened though, I can get a bit odd about it and I will stop doing zone quests (which give one time only xp on turn-in) when I am not enlightened. There is plenty of other stuff to do though that keeps me busy, I do repeatable quests and writs when not enlightened.

Its not the only thing that keeps me playing, I want to play and very much enjoy the game... I just don't want to spin my wheels for nothing.

I am still enjoying the leveling process, I am in Cadwell's Silver... It is just pretty disheartening to go from leveling up every 3-4 quests to needing ~16 quests to level up... That is literally like half a zone. Thus I would rather just wait for the rested XP.

That's just unnecessary. I completely understand the OP's desire to maximise earned XP by playing when enlightened. You, sir, are simply rude.

I do agree, however; there are whole lots to do and experience than just playing during enlightenment.

@Hartagon, I do understand, however. I'm trying to grind hard for XP as well. Enlightenment is great for fast CP or 2.. but It's just the way you posted it that made it sounds like the whole game is not even worth it. If you can afford the gold, you can also purchase those ambrosia portions for other times for faster XP gains.

On PC open up the character menu and hover over the xp bar at the top left and it will tell you if you're enlightened along with how much enlightened exp you have left.

Enlightenment starts at the time you got your first character to veteran rank (on console anyway, not sure about pc or people who were vet before cp introduced)

This, or if you already had a vet character when the Champion System came out, it kicks in at the time you first logged in with a vet character after that patch.

In my case it's around 12:30ish EST.

The best way to find out is actually burn out your enlightenment and then play around until you get the message that you are enlightened again.

If that is not feasible, try to narrow it down (ie, you logged off at night without enlightenment, but you had enlightenment when you logged in in the morning = your enlightenment kicks in sometime overnight.)

If you are really concerned about enlightenment, do the quests, but wait to turn them in until you are enlightened.

However, this will probably result in you losing your enlightenment after the 10th or 12th quest turn in.
