Random Queue not working at all. Any ETA?

PC, NA Megaserver.
For the past 4 days the "queue for random" dungeon finder has not worked at all. During prime time, queued as DPS, Healer, DPS and Healer, the queue will never find you a group. Have tested remaining in for over 4 hours.
It would be nice to be able to get these daily rewards again. The support response said something to the effect of it is something being looked into but it would be nice to confirm this and if there is any ETA.
