What's the ONE thing you really like in this game? Not in Elder Scrolls as series (so, no lore), but this specific title?

To me, it's the voice acting of Molag Bal, hands down.

Not only the voice of Malcolm McDowell fitted awesomely to the character, but his dialog lines were amazing

The way it makes me feel when i log in - the sound of gold mail popping in the mailbox, the rant of a passing by NPC complaining about me letting that criminal go in that quest 40 levels ago, the quest marker over writs board.

The many unnecessary lines, voiced and not, that were added solely to make the experience more immersive.

I'm talking about hirelings, guards and repeatable quest givers.

Hirelings have TONS of mail that tell interesting stories about themselves, when ZOS could have just put something like "Here's your provisioning/woodworking/blacksmithing/clothing/enchanting materials. Yours truly, your hireling" and it wouldn't in any way impair the functionality of it. But instead, they decided to write many different letters. Oh, but it is just text, right? Yes, but...

Guards have many fully voiced lines that match their race and personality. And what they say when you decide to pay your bounty or to run (and they say something different depending on the option you take) will also match that personality. Because of that, if my bounty isn't too high, I usually pay it if the guard is nice to me. And there are so many different lines! There was a list of them back when the Justice System was introduced. They didn't have to do this, half a dozen of lines would have gotten the job done just as well, but they went a step (a marathon!) further and added all of those voice lines. And then we have...

Repeatable quest givers. Now, most of them cycle through the same few quests and don't have a lot of unique lines because of it. But in the Dark Brotherhood, we have Elam Drals, who quickly became one of my favourite characters in the entire game. Elam offers many different quests, and for every unique quest he has a different commentary to make when you go back to him to get your gold. "Good job, here is your gold" would do the job this the same, but instead they choose to present us with at least 30 unique comments that make it all the more interesting to try to get different quests, and that reveal a few things about Elam himself, which is such a delight! ZOS got me killing innocents only to hear what the mer talking, and I can say for sure this is the best and the worst reason I ever had to kill people in a game.

When I said one thing I thought that would have enough maturity to pick one nice AND SPECIFIC thing.

I hate A LOT of things and I get very frustrated too, but there's no need for being sarcastic about an honest question

The ability to solo "melee"(no pure melee here but I can use my weapons). When EQ(the only other mmo I've played) came out melee solo was slower even on a monk. That changed after a few years but if I don't have time for a group or just feel like doing my thing today I can.

Hard to pick just one thing, but since OP requested just one, it has to be my Ghostly Goat. Love it when Ghostly is in that smoking red eyed mood. And unlike most other pets, I always know he's with me, because I can hear his hooves hitting the ground, and his baas and chewing. Like all goats, he likes to jump up on things. Tables, rocks, walls, barrels, crates...pretty much anything higher than ground level will do. He's my best buddy in the game and will be unless and until ZOS releases a wolf pet.

That's been fixed though? At least it got fixed on my Sorcerer whose ears were also stolen by the Dark Brotherhood.

If I had to say one thing it'd probably be the awesome NPCs in this game. I especially like it when NPCs from the alliance storylines recur in DLC content, I love seeing what trouble they get themselves into .

Cyrodiil. I don't even mean the PVP (although that is good) ... I mean the zone of Cyrodiil & all it's weird little places. The way that quest hubs have been done so that the NPCs mimic player behavior is so awesome. Those lonely taverns in the middle of nowhere. The giant on the mountain. The mile gates & main bridges. It's an epic zone.

This is the first game that has held my attention (and game time) for over 2 years.

It may not be perfect...but I spend my gaming time to have fun...and ESO has that in spades for me

I can't just pick one thing, so I'll say a couple.

1 - The stealth system in PVE, and the Justice System stuff that goes along with it. Hands-down the most enjoyable I've ever seen in a MMO.

2 - The flexibility of class/role. in the other MMO I play (FFXIV) every character of a certain class is the exact same, outside of Glamouring their armor. They use the armor, the weapon, the same skills, in the same order. the only difference between two Dark Knights is their race. where in this game, there is much more variety and choice, because your role is not determined by your class, but by what armor and skills you choose to use. You can have 3 nightblades and all three of them can be built completely different, while in FFXIV, every Ninja is basically the exact same.

Cyrodil for me, as another said not just for the pvp but for all the little side details.

Like this little story - yesterday I was on my stamblade - all gold gear, cp cap etc, I'm a competent player.

Anyway I'm farming dolmens and end up in Bruma, I see a lowly unsuspecting lvl 40 yellow ( yellow owned 0 castles so he's ran all the way up to the top to bruma). I don't attack him tho instead we did that dolmen together 3 times - I was running away doing other dolmens and the guy must've still been questing. Just saying it's cool like that and if he gets a high lvl hopefully he doesn't kill unsuspecting noobs and let's them be.
