10 minute cooldown when the final pinion is closed. The average time it takes me to take down an anchor is 2 minutes, so I require 5-6 anchors before the first one I started with is available again. I usually just do the top 3 zones as they have void mats to gather along the way.0 -

yeah you've always been able to get lich outside cyrodiil. Just never in v16.0
