Probably from the Devs themselves, because they've stated it numerous times, on websites and in ESO Live.

I believe that they said on "ESO Live" that PTS goes live next week and Update 11 goes live sometime in August.

EDIT: Yup, PTS next week and Update 11 in August; I've just checked "ESO Live"

Both of these. I would figure mid to late August, judging by the PTS release, the additional 2 weeks needed for console, and the timing of the last DLC release. Gives them September as a buffer month before they start talking about the next one.

This is correct. The Dev's and Community Mod's have stated August and at first I was thinking it would be the last week in August that it would drop but I believe now that would be a mistake as the new Warcraft expac is launching August 30th which I think would be a bad marketing move to launch a new DLC near the same day as WoW's newest expac.

So I'm revising my guess to the first or second week of August for Update 11.

It shouldn't cost that much since most of the additional content is base game content and only new things in the DLC are 3 dungeons. IMO should he less then 1000 crowns.

As stated by Matt Firor at E3, itll be coming "this fall", so I assume that means with the update in August. But cant say for sure. There may be more info on the next ESO Live on friday.

I really hope that they're focusing on fixing the major problems they made with DB and not just focusing on the next dlc.

I also hope that they don't have any more 16GB updates as I only have a limited amount of space left on my Xbox. I have to leave enough room for Skyrim in October, if there's any more large ESO updates then I'll have to stop playing until I get around to getting an external hard drive.
