Negate

Please can you comment, or confirm you have these bugs, with negate.
1you seem to be able to cast it on yourself and it moves around with you.
2 you seem to be able to cast it another player and it moves around with them.
3 you cast it on the ground and it stays static.

are 1 and 2 just graphical bugs do people think or intended; it doesn't surprise me that's it broken as most skills in the game have bugs or unintended use.

I can comfirm I have these bugs. It's a little annoying when it sticks to my character because I can't see! Lol

The negate also sticks with you for a bit after you leave the circle.

Streaking around with it would be amazing. Currently everyone just dodge rolls out quickly.

Along with DKS but pretty sure the AoE ultimates were meant to bottle up breeches and chock points for a short time. Such as DKS drop that at a breech and watch them hesitate to enter gives plenty of time for a counter attack which can be doubled with SDKS.
