When exactly did you join?
It's an automated check when you login I think, and you should get it in a day or two, assuming you joined the forums on the very late side of June.

After just signing in on my other forum account which was created for the PS4 Beta testing, I got the First Anniversary badge straight after logging in.

Anniversary Badge isn't an "ePeen", it's like a birthday to remember... Veteracy actually means something to some people you know, no matter how mundane it may actually be.
I honestly haven't been a true veteran since Runescape Classic.
