Improvements on Guild tools?

will be there improvements on guild tools on ps4. we cant find a proper guild. all people are trader and wanting donates. i quited game cause cant find a active, doing events with guild members. to be social is almost impossible in game like that. got a 50 templar 240 cp healer.
