Launcher 64 bit launch

When i launch 64 bit client from the launcher i tend to lag and some bugs.
When i launch from the actual 64 bit client i don't have those issues.
Is this just my imagination?

From what I've and others in my guild tested, the launcher does NOT use your preferred GPU. Launching it from your game files ("eso64") by right clicking it and running with your preferred GPU works far better than the launcher client.

If that is your issue, you should be able to go into your GPU software and make sure it uses your actual you by default.

Not a computer wiz. How do i do that?

You should never be launching the game from the launcher... launcher should only be used for updating game. Launcher is an extra process running in the background and can/will degrade performance.
